A bouquet preview app Fleur is a perfect platform for people who want to create their creative bouquets in an engaging way for their lovers or themselves. We also provide an option to choose from our collection of ready flower bouquets, which saves you time.

From very beginning I conducted couple of Interviews with participants from different ages and occupations to get to know about theirs experience of ordering and customizing the product. I created the empathy map to see the full picture. The research revealed some interesting insights, that the customers were struggling a little bit with text sizing. It was too small and not very accessible, because also there wasn't so much white space in between.
In the summery of discovery I found out some major pain points:
Talking to the users is always the best way to create your product empathising the user centred strategy.
The app Fleur shows empathy to its customers by easy navigation with options that can meet the wishes of our customers. Every element is functional, and the general flow is very engaging.
During the whole process of creating the Fleur app, I was able to try myself in totally new areas like User Interviews or Usability study, which had a huge impact on shaping my project.
