Finabro team works very hard to help solve Europe's pension problem: a problem, they see as comparably challenging as climate change, as it is slowly but steadily increases and requires action now - even if its effects still seem far away.
The main problem in the UX Design I worked on was, that the product was accessible only on the Desktop version, which creates big inconvenience to our new customers, who preferable make the Sign-up process through their mobile phones.
The goal was to create the responsive design for the mobile version from the existing Desktop Website. I had to find the way to make the existing complexity of the signing up flow more accessible and easier to understand for our customers.
It is crucial to define the design system in order to have the consistency in the product and also in the brand identity. I started from very simple things as colors, typography and spacing system. Each component plays a big role in an overall view of the digital platform of Finabro.
• The Design System was created from scratch. It simplified the process of iteration on designs, which keeps the consistency of all Ui components.
• It increased the conversion of end-to-end users.
• The testing phase identified pain points, which pushed us to improve the UX flow and focus more on accessibility.
